The Leshy is a hostile, tree-like creature that stalks the forests of the Aether, appearing in both melee and dart-throwing forms and taking on the wood coloring of the biome it spawns in.
Behavior
The Leshy is a hostile mob that hunts players on sight and retaliates when attacked. Each Leshy spawns as one of two combat types: a melee variant that closes in and strikes with its arms, or a ranged variant that fires bursts of darts from a distance. Leshys take extra damage from fire and lava.
Their coloring (Skyroot, Halogany, Everwood, or Aurea wood) is determined by the biome they spawn in.

The Leshy spawns on the surface in small groups (herds of 2-3). It appears in:

Drops
When killed, a Leshy drops a wood log matching its variant and may drop Amber Nugget. The ranged variant additionally drops its Dart Shooter and darts. All Leshys have a rare chance to drop a dungeon key: a Bronze Key, Silver Key, or Golden Key.
