The Cockatrice is a large, hostile bird of the Blight that attacks players with venomous projectiles and vicious pecks.
Behavior
The Cockatrice is a tough, aggressive mob. It switches between two attack modes: at range it spits projectiles that deal damage and inflict a lingering inebriation effect, and up close it lashes out with a melee peck that hits hard and knocks its target back.
With a large health pool, the Cockatrice is one of the more dangerous threats in the Blight.
Spawning
The Cockatrice spawns on the surface in dark areas of the Blight.
