The Blight Beetle Nest is a hive block found in Blight areas. Roughly once per second it has a small chance to spawn a Blight Beetle onto an adjacent open space (or Blight Polyp), up to a nearby cap of a few beetles at a time; wandering beetles are also drawn back into the nest. Breaking the nest disturbs the colony, spawning a burst of several angry Blight Beetles, and drops 1-4 Blight Foam.
Blight Beetle Nests generate naturally in Blight areas. They can be broken by hand, though an axe is fastest. Breaking one releases several Blight Beetles and drops 1-4 Blight Foam (the block itself is not obtainable).
