The Ancient Shrine is a utility block used to upgrade Artifacts.
Usage
You can use the Ancient Shrine to upgrade any Artifact. The Shrine requires an Ancient Soul to be close to it — either a naturally spawned Ancient Soul or one released from a Bottled Ancient Soul. Nearby souls gather and dance around the Shrine while it is active.
Interact with an Artifact in hand to place it on the Shrine, then feed it Ancient Relics until the upgrade cost is met. The Relics and one Ancient Soul are consumed by the upgrade, and a Soul Bloom spawns on top of the Shrine afterward.
Ancient Shrines can either be crafted or found around the world in Ancient Ruins.
