Blight Polyp is a coral-like growth found in Blight areas. It slowly grows on its own: on random ticks it has a small chance to sprout a Blight Polyp Branch into an adjacent empty space, in any direction. Blight Beetle Nests can also spawn beetles onto nearby Blight Polyp. When broken it usually drops 1-2 Blight Foam, though occasionally nothing.
Blight Polyp generates and grows naturally in Blight areas. It can be broken by hand, though an axe is fastest, and usually drops 1-2 Blight Foam (occasionally nothing). The block itself is not obtainable.
