Aerwhale
The Aerwhale is a massive, gentle floating whale that drifts through the skies of the Aether and can be ridden like a flying bus.
Behavior
The Aerwhale is a huge, passive creature that never attacks and cannot be pushed. It glides slowly along fixed aerial routes high above the Aether, following looping paths and pausing at set points along the way, announcing its arrival with a deep whale call. Players exiting an Aerwhale are granted Slow Falling, and its enormous body can be boarded and ridden as free-flying transport. It is extremely tough, and if it is somehow destroyed it will respawn onto its route after a short time.
Spawning
The Aerwhale does not spawn naturally through the world's spawn rules. Instead, fixed Aerwhales flight routes in the Aether dimension, circling continuously so players can catch a ride.
Drops
The Aerwhale drops nothing.
